Why did the customer contact us?

He wanted the issue professionally evaluated and repaired to help prevent further water damage, restore proper operation, and ensure the system was working safely and reliably.

Solutions provided:

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided service for the customer after he contacted us regarding a leaking holding tank in the basement. Our team came out to evaluate the system and determined that the tank needed to be replaced along with the tee bar assembly. We then extended the well line, installed a new V100 tank with a new tee bar, and set the pressure tank to 38 PSI.

Visible water accumulation can be seen on the basement floor surrounding the holding tank area, indicating an active leak within the system. Moisture and standing water were present near the tank and piping connections at the time of inspection, requiring further evaluation and repair to prevent continued leakage and potential water damage.
