Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical because there was a leak coming from the bottom of their water treatment system, and the outside hydrant was leaking. They wanted the issues professionally evaluated and quoted to prevent further water damage, restore proper operation, and ensure safe, reliable water service throughout the home.

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided service for the customer after they contacted us because they had a leak coming from the bottom of their water treatment system. The outside hydrant was also leaking. After approving the estimate, our team moved forward with installing a new 1 cubic ft. Lancaster well water softener, a new 15 GPM UV system, and signing the customer up for the HAPPM annual plan.
