Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical because multiple rooms in their home did not have electricity. They were looking to have the issue diagnosed and repaired to restore power safely and reliably.

Solutions provided:

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided service for the customer after they contacted us about multiple rooms not having electricity. Our team reset a tripped GFI, which restored power to the affected areas. We also brought to the customer’s attention that the breaker panel was very small and had many tandem breakers. The customer explained that there are many circumstances where the breakers trip. Our team recommended a full panel swap out along with installing two new kitchen circuits to help alleviate strain on the existing circuits and improve the overall reliability of the electrical system.
