The customer contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical because they currently only had electric baseboard heat and window units. They reached out because they wanted a better system for heating and cooling their home.

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided an evaluation of the customer’s concerns with only having electric baseboard heat and window units for cooling. We moved forward with the project, cut in all necessary ductwork, and installed a new gas furnace and air conditioner to provide improved heating and cooling throughout the home.

This photo shows the newly installed indoor furnace system and ductwork after the upgrade was completed. The setup includes a high efficiency gas furnace with properly installed venting and newly fabricated ductwork, all wrapped and sealed for improved airflow and energy efficiency. This new system provides the home with consistent, reliable heating and works in combination with the new air conditioning system to deliver full comfort throughout the space.

This photo shows the newly installed outdoor air conditioning unit after the system upgrade was completed. The condenser is set on a clean, level pad with updated connections and a neat finished appearance. This new equipment will help provide the customer with more reliable cooling, improved comfort, and better efficiency compared to the window units they were using previously.

This photo shows the exterior of the home prior to the installation of the new HVAC system. At this time, there was no central air conditioning equipment in place, as the home relied on electric baseboard heat and window units for comfort. This setup often provides uneven temperatures and lower efficiency, which led the customer to move forward with a full system upgrade.
