The customer contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical because the existing drain pipes in the basement were heavily rusted and deteriorating. They reached out because they were concerned the failing pipes could lead to leaks, backups, or further damage and needed the issue addressed.

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided an evaluation and confirmed that the customer’s rusted drain piping had deteriorated to the point that repair was necessary. We moved forward by removing the failed section and installing a new 3 inch PVC drain line to restore proper drainage and improve reliability. Once the repair was completed, the line was checked to confirm proper function and that the new piping was secure and draining as intended.
