Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical because they were not getting electricity in one of their bedrooms and wanted to understand the cause of the issue. It was clear that troubleshooting was needed to identify the source of the problem and restore proper electrical function.

Solutions provided:

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical came out to evaluate the customer’s electrical issues. After reviewing the breaker panel and outside service, it was recommended that the outside service wire and meter base be replaced. The breaker panel was in decent condition, but it needed to be rewired, and the plywood backing behind the panel also needed to be updated. After our work was completed, the home’s electricity was fully restored.
