The customer contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical because the V bulb for their water system stopped working. They were looking to understand their available options for repair or replacement, and to determine the best course of action to restore proper function of the system and ensure their water treatment equipment continues operating effectively.

Solutions provided:

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical came out to evaluate the customer’s water system after the UV bulb stopped working and provided options for repair and replacement. After reviewing those options, the customer chose to move forward with installing a new unit. Our team installed a new UV light system and check valve, then completed testing to confirm everything was operating properly and the system was functioning as intended.
