Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical because their existing water softener was getting older and they wanted to understand the current condition of their water, how their water testing results would stand today, and what replacement options were available. They were looking to determine whether the current system was still meeting the home’s needs or if a new water softener would provide better water quality, help reduce mineral buildup, and better protect the plumbing fixtures and appliances throughout the home.

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided water testing services to evaluate the quality of the home’s water and determine the best solution for the customer’s needs. Based on the results, it was determined that installing a water softener would benefit the homeowner by reducing mineral buildup and improving overall water quality. Our team installed a new water softener system, ensured all connections were properly secured, and verified that the system was operating correctly to provide improved water throughout the home.
