Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical because we had previously completed work at their home, and during that visit it was noted that their smoke detectors were older and had an apparent color change from years of use. At that time, it was recommended that the smoke detectors be replaced. A few weeks later, the customer called back and requested that we return to replace the outdated smoke detectors so the home would have updated devices installed properly and operating as intended. 

Solutions provided:

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided replacement of the old smoke detectors in the home to address the customer’s request for updated safety devices. Our team removed the old smoke detectors, installed brand new smoke detectors in their place, and verified that the new units were mounted properly and operating correctly.
